High School or Community College Group Tours
Large High School or Community College Group Tours (more than 10 people):
Are you a high school or community college group? Come feel the energy of our diverse and inclusive campus community on this 60-to-75-minute tour highlighting all that Cal Poly Pomona has to offer. Our Bronco Outreach Ambassadors will lead you through our vibrant campus, highlighting our Polytechnic Experience, academic programs, and student life. Guided tours for groups can be scheduled for almost any weekday throughout the year. Group tours are offered 1-2 times a day at specific times and generally are not offered during Summer.
To be considered for a group visit, you must fit the following criteria:
Your group is from a community college, high school, or community-based organization (CBO).
Group visits must be arranged for any group larger than 10 students. The group size is limited to 100 people (including chaperones).
Registration Information
Reservations are required and must be completed online. Dates for September 2023 through December 2023 will be published by mid-August. Dates for February 2024 through May 2024 will be published by mid-December.
All available tour dates and times are posted.
Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
All reservation requests should be submitted by the school or community group. If you choose to use a tour company to schedule your visit, they MUST provide the name and phone number of a chaperone who will be attending with the group.
Health & Safety Protocols
- Face coverings are recommended on campus, but not required, regardless of vaccination status. Please be advised that there may be instances where it becomes difficult to maintain physical distancing between guests during the tour.
- If you are experiencing or have had COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days, or you were in recent contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to campus. We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep our students and visitors safe. More information will be sent regarding parking, check-in information, and drop-off location once your group is confirmed for the group tour.
