Please join us for BroncoBound - Resource Fair on Saturday, March 21 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The Resource Fair is an opportunity for you to showcase how your organization's services support and enhance our university’s polytechnic experience to our newest Broncos.

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee participation in the BroncoBound Resource Fair. All submissions will be reviewed by our team to ensure alignment with event goals and available space. Submissions will be notified by February 27, 2026, regarding their participation.

Please only submit one form per organization/entity. If you are the contact for multiple organizations/entities registering for the resource fair, please complete a separate form for each entity.

The Resource Fair will take place at University Quad, each campus department will receive the following:

1 Umbrella
1 6' Table
2 Chairs

We encourage you to bring table banners and other items that highlight your area. No tents are allowed.

Your participation is a vital component to the success of BroncoBound and we look forward to you joining us. We request that all resource fair participants are setup by 8:30 a.m. to accommodate any early arrivals. Setup begins at 7:30 a.m. Resource fair participants are required to stay for the entirety of the event (9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) so you can meet and engage with as many students and families as possible.

The Resource Fair will take place at University Quad, each organization/entity will receive one 6' table and one umbrella. No tents are allowed, and no chairs will be provided.
