In order for the Cal Poly Pomona Credential Services Office to recommend you to the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) for the credential, please ensure all required documents are uploaded and all fields are answered completely. ITEP Candidates: Your Bachelor's Degree needs to post and be reflected on your CPP transcript before the Credential Recommendation can be made to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
Out-of-Country Graduates: All foreign transcripts must be evaluated by a CTC approved transcript evaluation agency. Original (sealed) evaluated transcripts must be submitted to the Credential Analyst.

NOTE: Individuals who have completed the Preliminary program but are not currently employed as an administrator, may only file for a Certificate of Eligibility.
Verification of payment to Cal Poly Pomona for the Credential Evaluation is required. Your receipt from the cashier's office or confirmation email after paying via BroncoDirect contains the receipt number. Please upload the receipt or email confirmation of payment.
