Permission numbers required for standard Clinical Practice (non-intern) are as follows:
Multiple Subject: EDU 5160 & EDU 5180
Single Subject: EDU 5260 & EDU 5280 (Note that EDU 5262 does not require a permission number)
Education Specialist Mild/Moderate: EDU 5345 & EDU 5351 (Note that EDU 5351 does not require a permission number)
Education Specialist Moderate/Severe: EDU 5347 & 5351 (Note that EDU 5351 does not require a permission number)
